Expert Wedding Day Management

You’ve done the planning, poured your heart into the details, and now it’s time to enjoy every moment. As your wedding day coordinator, I’ll step in to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Great for:

couples who may not have the budget for a full-service planner (trust me, I get it — weddings are expensive!).

In the final weeks leading up to your wedding, I’ll step in and ensure every detail comes to life just as you envisioned. From coordinating vendors to managing your timeline, I’ll handle the logistics so you can relax and soak it all in.

The Process & Planning:

• Once you reach out, we set up a free consultation to discuss your wedding

• If we decide to work together, we sign a contract and a 30% deposit it due and your date is confirmed

• I work with you to create a detailed timeline

• Unlimited text messages

• 4-6 weeks ahead of your wedding, we have a virtual call to confirm all the details

• 2 weeks before your wedding, I reach out to your vendors to share my contact, connect with them and share the timeline

• I can attend final vendor walkthrough for an additional fee

The Rehearsal

The Process

• I schedule a free 30 minute consultation

• We decide to work together and sign a contract. A 30% deposit is due and your date is confirmed.

The Wedding Day

• Complete wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours) including bridal concierge and getting ready, set-up and tear down

• Steam dress

• Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception space

• Point of contact for all vendors (filter questions, approve deliveries, troubleshoot)

• Set up personal decor, such as card box, gift table, memorial table/chairs, place cards, table number, seating chart etc.

• Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for ceremony

• Cue ceremony music and send everyone down the aisle

• Coordinate with DJ, catering and other vendors for couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, and grand exit to adhere to timeline

• Tear down and pack up personal items and gifts, and ensure they are with the designated person and ready at the end of the night

My rates starts at $600 for coordination services

• For a venue walkthrough there is an additional $75 fee

• For rehearsal coordination there is an additional $100 fee

• I am based in DC. Travel fees begin 20 miles away. If the wedding is over 1.5 hours away a hotel stay may be necessary
